Home Monitoring & Emergency Response
In your absence, we perform weekly, monthly, or on-call checks to your property. Property checks are highly recommended, especially during the winter months,
extreme weather and heavy rains.
We also provide 24 hour on-call service. Rest assured, for any emergency that may arise, we are available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.

We will tailor the services depending on your needs
prior to each season.
Fall: Winterize exterior, water removal, clean and store screens, clean gutters, yard clean up, home inspection.
Winter: Snow plowing, snow and ice removal from roof.
Spring: Turn on exterior water, HVAC service, install screens, set up outdoor furniture.
Storm Preparation
Prior to any storm we will prepare your property to eliminate any potential damage. Items to include: Removing outdoor furniture, potted plants, covering windows, and securing yard structures.
